Council Fire has two primary event spaces that are available for rental for a variety of functions. The Centre also has a number of craft rooms, computer rooms and workshop spaces that can be booked for special uses outside of regular program hours. Recently, the whole Centre was transformed into a fully equipped temporary health clinicin order to offer free health services to community members and low-income families.

Gathering Place:
The Gathering Place can hold up to approximately 150 people. The space is located on the lower level and includes a commercial kitchen (see Catering). Examples of past bookings include:

Presentation Room:
Located on the second level, the Presentation room holds approximately 50 people and is ideal for small presentations, work group sessions, intimate press and product launches or luncheon and breakfast groups. Exaples of past bookings include
