This year, from 12 PM to 6 PM, we’ve come together to highlight the importance of using our voices and to celebrate Indigenous culture, unity, and youth empowerment. The vibrant celebration brought First Nations, Métis, and Inuit families together with the diverse communities of Tkaronto, promoting the cultural, physical, and emotional well-being of people across Turtle Island.
Approximately 700 community members gathered for a day filled with music, dance, and community spirit.
The event’s activities included traditional dancing, drumming, and performances that honoured our rich cultural heritage. With a diverse range of vendors, delicious food options, and spirited dance competitions, the event kept everyone engaged and connected throughout the day.
